After months of dedicated work, the cleaning and mold remediation at Higgins Hall, home of Chautauqua Cinema, was successfully completed in Sept. 2024. Thanks to the professional efforts of ServPro, all mold has been removed, making the space safe and ready for its next chapter — the summer of 2025!

Our Buildings and Grounds team has been hard at work setting up the space, ensuring it remains in top condition. Dehumidifiers are running to maintain the environment until a new air handling system is installed. In addition to these immediate improvements, we are also making critical upgrades to the building’s utilities and systems to prevent future issues. These enhancements will protect the building’s long-term condition, creating a more comfortable experience for everyone attending screenings.
