Update: One patron asked us to clarify that property owners purchase gate passes at the same rates as non-property owners. Many property owners purchase season passes, which are discounted by nearly 50%, but those passes are available to all patrons at the same price.

Chautauqua property owners who hold a gate pass have access to the Resident Guest Pass program, described here. We also offer property owners pre-sale opportunities for high-demand events when possible. There are no other ticket programs that speak specifically to property owner status. Property owners are also offered a discounted rate at the Athenaeum Hotel for use by them or their guests.
