Question about remote work culture

Question:
Nationally there appears to be questions about the work of remote workers and the possibility that some are not spending ample time at their positions. Since Chautauqua has a fair amount of persons in this role status, what are the policies, procedures, enforcement and/or rules for our employees to ensure they are fulfilling the normal 40 hour work week requirement?
