Summary:

Class B trustees on Chautauqua Institution’s Board of Trustees serve as full members of the board. All trustees, no matter how elected to the Board, serve on board committees, including the executive committee which is primarily composed of committee chairs. As stated in a previous post, the only difference between Class A and Class B trustees is Class B trustees are elected by the Corporation members. Class A trustees are elected by the board.
